我從去年八月份正式做出口銷(xiāo)售，一開(kāi)始就是漫無(wú)目的地到處在網(wǎng)站上發(fā)布免費(fèi)信息，但反饋卻不多。后來(lái)陸續(xù)接到一些客戶的詢(xún)價(jià)，有的雖然是閥門(mén)詢(xún)價(jià)，但我們是專(zhuān)門(mén)做船用閥門(mén)的，跟我們的產(chǎn)品卻不符。直到九月份的時(shí)候，一個(gè)泰國(guó)客戶要求給報(bào)空氣管頭的價(jià)格。我很高興，當(dāng)天就給他回復(fù)了一封郵件：

Dear Mr Praisan Seepai,

At your request, we are pleased to quote the price as follows.

Because we have to confirm your product before order or please give me sample 1 pc of 5K-50 and send to me:

我一看，客戶這么快就想要樣品，我得先讓他確認(rèn)一下圖紙及一些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)題，畢竟要寄到國(guó)外去郵費(fèi)也不便宜呀（我們做的是閥門(mén)一類(lèi)的鑄鐵件，都比較重）。于是回復(fù)他先傳圖紙請(qǐng)他確認(rèn)：

Hope the mail finds you well.

Regarding the product specification I will send you a sample of 5K-50 as well as two drawings by EMS. Pls confirm me if you receive.

I attach two drawings of 5K-50 and 5K-100.You will see the construction of the air vent head according to the drawings.

收到圖紙后，客戶又發(fā)郵件要求說(shuō)明每個(gè)部件的材質(zhì)：

For my order the quantity total about 100 pcs, could you please confirm me for the shipping cost.

于是，又給客戶發(fā)了一份每個(gè)部件材質(zhì)名稱(chēng)的組裝圖，并告知客戶 海運(yùn) 費(fèi)的情況：
